i caught 3 browns but the problem was i kept loseing them right next to the boat and then i caught the little rainbow then the picleral and the bass moved in and the trout left

Thanks Nickp and crappieslayer you were probly losing your fish b/c ur line was to stronge for the lip skin b/c every trout i caught the hook was on the skin of the lip, i would try 2 pound test, that should help you catch more next time you go out..

Yeah, aren't you supposed to begin measuring a fish at the 0 mark, not the 3" mark.  ;D
