Big D cattin surprise
« on: May 20, 2006, 10:31 AM »
Fished the Big D  last night from 7-12pm for cat's , seemed like the skunk was following me as I hooked in to one of the largest fish I have hooked and lost em, but I brought my good friend Jim along and he made the night for us besides catching two small 20" channels We had the bigg suprise when he hooked and landed a 46" 28lb musky from shore using 15lb test and a piece of sucker for cut bait
This is a pic that I took on the cell phone and resized

Love the fire glow in the background !

Looks like some kind of tribal ritual holding it up like that and having the glow too !

Great fish !!!

Fishing isn't a matter of life or death, it's much more important than that!

I live with FEAR everyday, and sometimes she lets me go fishing!

It took about 10 mins for such a large fish he didn't fight hard until he got to shore then he took some runs and went haywire.
