Here is a pic of my personal best eye.  28" and just under 11#'s  I got her on a swedish pimple tipped with a live small shiner just before the season closed back in 2003.  The hardest thing about landing this fish was my brother in law had to scale down the ladder at a lock in NY to get the fish.  There was even a little skim of ice on the water.  I believe she was a female FULL and after the quick snap shot she was released.  I know there are bigger out there but in my home state of Massachusetts it would of been just under the state record.  New York has some good fishing.
