Cabela's Coming to Mass
« on: May 31, 2013, 09:55 AM »
About a mile off 495 in Hudson on RT 62 (exit 26). There's a plaza with a Lowes and a BJ's and soon a Cabela's. I heard rumors at first but then confirmed by a town official.

This could be dangerous.  Three miles ...... I may need a second job.

Just broke the news to my wife. She said now she'll never see me between fishing, going to the races, and now a cabelas  just a few miles away. Yikes. What great news.
I fish every chance I get and enjoy every time I fish. They call it fishing not catchin

Pretty sure it does...

I think any retailer that has a real brick and mortar store in your state, whether it's Cabela's, BPS, LL Bean, etc., has to charge that state's tax on online purchases if shipped to an address in that state.

I live in CT but can spit into MA from my home. I always have Cabela's orders shipped to my buddy's house up the street in MA to avoid the sales tax. Looks like that will be coming to an end... :'(
