I need to send mine in.  I want to get out there one or 2 nights when the canal isnt an option.

I did it a couple times last year with the help of Allan and have already sent the paperwork in for this season. I'm game.
It's a great opportunity to throw some big swimbaits.

Bass!

You have to fish from shore and there are miles and miles of water to cover...
Just got my pass in the mail today!

I did a trip last year with Allan, it was a good time. It's nature at it's best, no cars, lights, people, houses,  etc. Just a bunch of owls hooting, and fish busting top water lures.

That's my plan too, but I would be happier with at least four!

Some guy with your same exact screen name said he was going to take me to the ditch last year! :whistling:
I just passed the time waiting fishing Revere beach wading in the sewage! ;D

You guys notice the LM and SM in those pics  lack their spot markings? I think it has something to do with how crystal clear the water is there. I remember seeing bottom one calm day in a boat in 40' of water, I was impressed. That's a reason why I feel night fishing is a little better chance of sucess.

  • If it was easy they would call it catching.

Try your normal bass ponds at night also they can be just as fun.  I have a few new spots to night fish this year.
It is MY responsibility as a fisherman to make sure my children can enjoy fishing years from now.  Help make sure your kids can fish.  If you see something ILLEGAL Contact the Massachusetts Environmental Police Radio Room at 1-800-632-8075 at any hour of the day.

I fish most all of my bass waters at night, they all produce! I do find that ones that have crystal clear water fish better at night than during the day (quality).
Yachtzy, that was a fun trip, but with the moon out (cutting down on the fish), my breaking of couple ribs and having a VERY long walk out (trying to keep up with you)... I don't know if it is a good idea to go out with you again to the Q!... LOL!

I never thought to go for bass at night.
Definitely going on the list this summer!
Thanks for the advice!
