What offical time does trout season start ???

I really don't fish much for trout and never fished openning day so was wondering what time officially the season opens up? 12:00am or sunrise or what?

Generally it's midnight unless there are exceptions for certain waters of which I'm unaware.

mmmm, 1 hour before sunrise, first light, As long as it's the 1st I really don't think they can do any thing to you unless there is a rule stating.
With all the rain that were getting thru out the weekend it's going to be a wash out. Are we going to have the same 26 days of overcast and rain this year in April and May, Hope not.
