anyone spank any slabs over the weekend down in chataqua lake,or is it too early?maybe next weekend?thanks in advance for sharing any info.good fishing pshootr ;D

I did ok saturday night... while the main school might not yet be in the shallows, some of them are. and there was some pretty fish amoung them.

worried the cold weather has driven what was in the canals OUT.  but, I don't know, maybe not.
it doesn't take a huge amount of fish to make me happy. 10 to 15 keepers will keep me busy for quite awhile ;D

A week without fishing is like a day without sleeping

Fished in a boat yesterday from 1 till 4.  Found that the water is up to 49 but couldn't buy a crappie.  Perch were on fire tho.  Cold front moved in and swept me off the lake.
