« on: Apr 18, 2004, 08:45 PM »
after a 2 hr boat ride through the thick fog at night we arrived only to find out it was the same old should have been hear last week we killed e,m story.
even though it was slow today we caught enough slabs for a small fish fry.
icluding a couple 13's and a 14incher

my son outfishing us again as usual

even my brother catches one now and then

mike with a couple good ones

a few good ones in the cooler

we arrived as the fog lifted to find 30 boats at crappie bay

we tried different baits and lures ,but the only thing that worked was salted  tube jigs-red body with big glitter specks with whiteish gray tenticles. couldn't buy a hit with live minnows

Nice pics.

The fleet was out on Saratoga Lake yesterday also. Looked just like that but fortunately I have numerous spots on the lake and didn't have to contend with the masses.

Enjoy your fish fry,
Bart
