I had bass for dinner, and I liked it!

There has been a lot of discussion/debate on this site regarding bass.
I like fishing for them and occasionally keep one or two.
It's called "selective harvest".  ;)

I caught a nice and healthy 14 incher on Monday which I promptly filleted. It has been soaking in milk ever since. This evening I rinsed and patted it dry. Then I made a foil-pack and threw it on the grill with some of the home-made salsa that my sister and I have canned.
