Rugburn (and rg), sorry to hear about all the damage. Glad everyone made it out safe!! It was very windy in the Southern Tier, but not that bad

Do you think fish go home and lie about all the bait they stole?
Early to bed, early to rise
Fish all day and make up lies...
There's a reason they call it fishing, not catching.

Holy smokes!!! A huge front just rolled through with 50+ winds and heavy rain. Really violent sounding. I'm sure it's headed East.

It’s an old topic but, it looks like we’re in for some really big winds today. 55+ for a good part of the day.
I tucked away everything that could end up in another county, strapped down my Weber and trough planter and took the flag down.
Thought March was supposed to “go out like a lamb” ?

Still sort of quiet here. Still dry with a light wind and 58 degrees. Wishing the best for all. Lets hope the weather guy overstated the severity again.

Just came back from fishing. It was pretty nice out till about 15 minutes ago. Now it’s 64, blowing like hell and raining sideways.

Suffering for PTSD like symptoms. Had a oak tree snap Halloween night 2019 and it bounced off the ground and went straight through the wall of the princess’s bedroom. Wind is bending trees as I type
