Please take a moment and pray for the five missing crew members at the Titanic site. Without brave explorers the likes of these folks we would not enjoy a lot of benefits that we take for granted every day. I pray that a guiding lite will appear and lead the rescuers to the sub. I pray that there is enough time. I also pray for the families of these cherished individuals. Please join me and take a moment in silence.

Very sad but kinda ironic to go see death and end up having this happen hopefully it stops people from going down there at least for a tourist trip
-
Was just looking at news feed on my phone lots of talk about new sounds being heard
-
Very sad. The more I hear about how this "sub" was built, the more I wonder. I know the Wright Brothers first plane wasn't a F-16 but this was a whole different trip...h2l

More and more information about problems with it in the past
-
Sorry to the families impacted.
-
Sad outcome
It’s been found , they are deceased
Loss of pressure
-
Hearing the reports on situations with the sub before it even left sounded like a death mission
-
Real shame
-
very sad........let them and the rest of the casualties from the Titanic rest in peace......IMHO

Sound advise.

Being it was carbon fiber not steel I wonder if the damaged it pounding on it to get attention they were hearing sounds not long before they found the debris field
-
May they rest in peace, sounds like that sub was sub standardly built. What a shame.
-
May they RIP. Pretty sure it "imploded" on the way down last Sunday....h2l

i feel the way scout does they shouldn't have been there to begin with ,like the fitzgearald the titanic is considered a grave ....thats not exploring thats thrill seeking and like looking at a car accident as you drive by .........and you look at this companys record ,he was a scam artist ........ thats my opinion.....sorry fr the 18 year old he was just following his father
-
I feel the same way. They shouldn’t have been down there. Prayers for them and their families.

I don't see them as explorers.
People have been going down there in subs for like 37 years. These were just tourists.
I also don't have a problem with them being there because its "a grave". Life is temporary; just because people died there doesn't mean that place is off-limits for all of eternity. I guess its the same reason I dislike cemeteries.
Is it sad these people died? Sure. But they accepted those risks when they voluntarily got into the sub.

They were dead and crushed the day they went missing, long before searchers picked up those "banging" noises.
Any craft that could [mostly] handle those underseas pressures isn't going to implode because of someone banging on it.
-
question : Are they still picking up the banging sounds?
We really don't know for sure do we
-
Other than the Navy, is anyone listening now....h2l
-
yes the navy sent specialist into the water to research and determine what the banging sound was ....after carefully reviewing there findings they are sure they know who was causing the banging sound.....
