Salmon fishing in the Skeena river by terrace

hey guys i was reading up on the skeena river by terrace and i was wondering if any of you have ever fished there for salmon?? if you have i would like to know how the fishing is like? what techniques do you have to use? do u need a jet boat to fish for salmon? and if there are any campgrounds by the town? Thnx for reading
