no not a record it was 15 inches and approx 2 lbs I dont have a scale.. it was caugth thru the ice though!!!

I have caught a lot of perch and that one weighs more than two pounds.   Too bad you didnt have a scale.  I hope you had it mounted?  That might be the biggest perch you ever catch.  Way to go and congratulations.

actually I got a 15 and 3/8ths last January and I am taking both to the taxidermist tomorrow
