Took my eleven year old for just a couple hours of flipping around shore at the marina... landed two just about legal bass... neither looked healthy... with one having a very bad curve in its spine. The little young or year bass around docs all have sores etc... i am assuming stress for heat etc. I would be very careful about eating fish as they simply looked very unhealthy to me, but fun to catch none the less.
