Title: Swivels
Post by: arcticcatz on Mar 24, 2011, 01:44 PM
I have read some things about good quality swivels. What company makes a good swivel and how much should I expect to spend on them?
I know the ones you buy at walmart are cheap and don't seem to work very well. thanks, RB

its worth it...why buy good line, expensive spoons, dodgers, spin drs, dipsy's just to lose em over a cheapo swivel...it makes sense. i use 30lb..tiny

Sampo's are nice, but they're too pricey for me.  You can look at the cheaper version from Roscoe.  Same logo as Sampo.  ;D

I also like Spro's terminal tackle stuff.  They have smaller sizes.

Ditto on the Spro swivels SB, I switched to them years ago and never looked back ! From UL for Panfish to HD for Tuna, Spro swivels have never let me down !
