Title: Fish identification?

I believe these are large mouth bass with that horizontal line, but I also did think this body of water had largemouth in it only smallmouth. Does anyone here know what fish this could be? Not the best picture and there were also more swimming around in the same area.

Definitely suckers.  Depending on where you are, it's spawning season
