The difference between a white king and a red

a few halibut jigged up one morning

a baby seal that took a liking to this bouy

That eye looks close to the right size but the color is off a shade or two  :rotflol: :rotflol: :rotflol:
Great pics. Those BC bows look little compared to your ocean monsters. Good luck on the hard stuff.

Is the meat coloration difference of the 2 king salmon due to the fish's diet?

Thats what some people think, but that dosen't really make sense to me.  I think it has more to do with genetics.
