Flasher Feature on Lowrance Sonar
« on: Jun 19, 2006, 10:38 AM »
I have one of the Color Lowrance Units (337C).  Been using it for about a year, works great.  I recently tried to use the flasher feature. I was wondering if anyone has experience using the flasher feature.  It has so many colors on it that I don't what is what on the screen.  It does not seem as clear cut as the 3 color Vexilar.  Any advice is most appreciated.

Thanks- Mike

I have the flasher on my M52...a feature that has never been used....and will likely remain that way...probably alright for nice calm water fishing the BACK of the boat...but not really of much use IMHO....Grump

My hummin bird 363 has one as well and it's much harder to use on the boat than the VEX on ice, although I've only tried verticle jigging in shallow water.
