If your in the market for an inexpensive yet functional pontoon boat, Canadian Tire in Leduc has them on sale for $269.00, 8ft pontoons, we bought 3 yesterday and set one up last night....they seem like they are well enough made for the price....made by Arrow (an american company?)....they have 10 left.

There is a hobie store on 103 and Argyll......that might be your best bet.  Have you looked at any of the other pontoon boats or does it have to be a Zodiac??

Do most come with a backpack to place them in?

What are some of your favorites guys?

anything to look out for, in material...ect....things that DON'T come with some?

I would like to pack a small tent, maybe some food, and a change of clothes and go down river with one, if i get one, anyone have any experience with packing these things down?  Make a huge difference in the rating in regards to how long the toons are?

Any info is appreciated...I was thinking, maybe just a canoe...or a kayak...but i like the "on the back" sytle of the toons I have looked at.

Thanks in advance!!

cheers!!

Mine came with a back pack for it......I think it weighs 42lbs.  The back pack doesnt have any room for anything else tho.
