walleye bite

just wondering if the eyes are finally starting to bite at most lakes or if we got lucky the other day... couple buddies and i managed to get 9 eyes on tuesday night ...got my first limit of the open water season

Slow at Buffalo only a few 19" ers so far going friday after work. Will let you know.

tournament at regina beach this weekend should be an indicator what is happening

The eyes should start biting at buffalo pound again.  The water just has to warm up a little bit more and they will be hammering

went out to the strap on tuesday night with 2 buddies, we fished from 8:00 to dark and caught at least 25 walleyes. they were mostly little guys, caught 5 keepers and the 2 biggest were 19" each. we fished the north end using spinners with worms and leeches
