clamming

I know theres not much time left in the clamming season but im looking for somewhere to go north of boston??  anyone do any clamming?  Id do Hampton but me being a MA resident puts me SOL

You should call Ipswich and see what the current regs are for that town. I use to clam there years ago

I used to dig clams in Ipswich up until a few years ago. It was $100 dollars for the season. I'm pretty sure it changed to $200 for an out of town-er and you can't do walk on anymore. You must go by boat! I'm not sure the point to that. The other surrounding towns, Rowley, Newbury have permitting also but don't have anywhere the same amount of acreage.
