I should have posted this sooner but didn't think of it. In an hour or less I am going to sodus bay and eas wondering if there is a good place for crappies there this time year. We will be at maxwell for several hours and then going there for perch!!!!! thanks

try spring patterns i fish chautaqua and thats were the fish seem to be here shallow water and in the cannals

no crappies but awesome perch 32 up to 13.25 inches my biggest perch

wish i lived near sodus the perch here are only about 8 inches on the average i just got in and only got one 10 inch crappie tonite must be the east wind i got 20 keepers two nights ago
