Last yak trip
« on: Jul 21, 2012, 08:51 PM »
So im happy to say i had to settle the score with a certain piece of water after 2 years of seeing the fish and no hook ups ... it was killing me an avid fishermen to not be able to hook up to a striper. well after some help from some local friends i succeeded  and as you saw in the other post with my first 2 keepers . Now knowing how to yak a little better i tried a new piece . no keepers but still very fun !!!

Know i need to find a kayak lol ..  :P

Nice! Fishing from the kayak is  a blast. i got ahold of colby and hopefully will be bringing my yak into the salt for the first time next week.
id rather catch nothing by myself than alot in a crowd.

Looks like a lot of fun getting pulled around by a striper.  those look pretty close to keepers
