Mystery fish

My brother-in-law caught this fish below C.ferry dam"what is it?"I think its a sucker,Any ideas?

Its a sucker. In spawning colors. I think its a longnose sucker. But Im not sure. The only other option would be a white sucker.

cool,thanks for the answer.I've never seen a sucker in spawning colors before,very colorful compared to normal colors.
