Lead jigs-Dicks

Does Dicks not carry lead jigs in MA anymore? Was at the one in worcester and only saw tin and tungsten jigs

well, i guess i mold my own....since the molds i have are 25 plus years old....im sure i would be grandfathered in......NOT !

If people wont buy them cause they're illegal, its not a wise sales strategy to sell them.

As of yet is is not illegal to sell them, just to use them...

January 1, 2012 -- The use of any lead fishing sinkers and lead jigs weighing less than 1 ounce is now prohibited in all inland waters (fresh water) of the Commonwealth

If I had to guess, its sales related. Most dicks have 6 or so isles of fishing gear, only 1 is typically dedicated to saltwater tackle.
