New York Outdoor News
« on: Jul 27, 2006, 02:41 AM »
After hearing about NY Outdoor News on this site, I picked up a copy (outdated) at a news stand.  Yup, I subscribed......got my first issue today.  What a great paper.  It reminds me of the old New York Fish & Game.  (Before the big slick magazine guys got a hold of it)

Thanks guys on MFF and IS

I agree on both accounts.  I really like the fact that it comes every 2 weeks.  If you read one year of Game and Fish you've read it for the next 5 years because they just repeat the stories.

The only thing I don't like is that I read it all in less than an 8 hour shift at work.

I am sort of tired about reading about antler restriction and blaze orange regs.  That said I still just renewed.  Better than the new york game and fish.
