New York State Fishing License
« on: Aug 21, 2009, 05:25 PM »
Moderators, please move this if it has been covered. As of OCT 1,2009 fishing licenses will increase to $29 per year. The lifetime license which was $300 is now $350 but will go up to $460!!!!!!!!!!! Age 65 for $5 per year has been moved to 70 years of age. Lifetime will increase from $50 to $75 for the seniors. Salt water license has been suspended pending further review. The FEDS aren't going to let that slide for long. I'm just reporting what I know so don't get mad my way. I tried to tell my wife years ago to get the lifetime fishing with me. I think it was $200 or $250 then. She waited until this weekend it cost an extra $50 from what the Regulations book states. Back to fishing......................
