Went yesterday by Bass river, then Cliffwood beach

I am not sure of the river name but  I know it runs into bass river.  The water was brackis.  We had bites but they were crabs. Then later in the night we went to Cliffwood Beach for some Stripers. Had a few hits on Bunker and clams but they never took the hook. I am going to try aan this week. Maybe this time I can catch something decent

it was most likely the wadding river never fished it went canoeing with the boy scouts at warton state forest most of those rivers in south jersy are good for pickeral and thats about it
