Before purchasing a license, note:
•Credit Card LogosPayment forms accepted include MasterCard and Visa, and Discover. Online licenses purchases have an additional $1 per license fee for system support maintenance and updates, and an additional $1 plus 2 percent credit card company fee on each transaction. You can also purchase your license in person.

My total was $31.62 for 2018-19 fishing with Trout stamp.

I always get a Missouri and Ohio license as well. Is there a fee online for those too? Or just for Indiana?

Ohio has a fee, think it was around $3 additional.  Sooo glad I have a lifetime comprehensive hunting and fishing!  Saves me over $100 every year and will save me even more if I ever move to Ohio like I would like to one day.
