Resi's are way up now but don't let that fool you. Give it a few days and start searching further upstream for slack areas that could hold fish. These resi's crappies migrate fast this time of year.

Visited the tail race last night & fished in a snow squall. No takers on a jig so I switched to a crankbait. Looking for walleye, but found a channel cat instead. It wasn't a big fish but, the tug on the line was welcome ...

Levels on all the resi's are now in a slow decent back to winter pool. If we can stay somewhat dry winter pool could be reached in a couple weeks. I'll keep a watch on the levels and let you all know when decent fishing should start up again. We may still get to do alittle ice fishing also.
