With temps in the 50's it makes fishing tuff, at least for me it does. Haven't been out since Wed so I thought I would compare the next few days to last year temps and surprisingly last year at this time was about the same weather, cool temps for the next few days. Someone said a while back that it looks like the seasons have moved forward, I'll have to agree.

Last years temps on top, present forecast below

I see Ft. Wayne and South Bend had record lows this morning.

the water I was on this morning had dropped back to 54* from 64* 3 days ago.  we still caught fish but they were too slow to keep us there long.

Must be hell when having sex depends on the water temperature. Just about get lucky and cold front turns her off.

Thur Fri Sat forecast looks great mid 70's except chance of rain, hope they're wrong on the wet part so I can get out.

Finally got a platform made up front to run my TM and want to test it. Its a mid 1990's MK Autopilot 812 but I'm told its was a good one, except the foot pedals where junk. Paid $25 for it 5-6 yrs ago at a auction and never could get the prop to run. Last year cleaned the armature and brushes up and it took right off. Auto pilot seems to track good but its power won't know until in the water, its only 42 trust. Hope its not worse than the new MK 40lb transom I have, I think the power stinks and 4th speed is to slow.
