when they come from cold water there is nothing better,not even a walleye.
I don't know about ciscos ,but crappies are very clean & the smaller ones have firm meat that is not fishy like pike or bass.icky...
People eat bass which i can not understand .I've tried them & icky..

as with many species of fish they work there ways around but as for the water Canadas is 400 times cleaner end of story.

fishin fanatic, stop acting so dumb.  Some water in Canada is obviously cleaner than in the U.S., however on the same hand some water in the U.S. is cleaner than in Canada.  Ive seen some of the dirtiest water EVER in saskatchewan...muck lakes.  I agree with the comment on saskabush..who would want to live there anyways?? I guess you can watch your dog run-away for a week 

oh ya, those crappies were caught in Canada...just to let you know.
