Underwater Cable off Dumping Grounds?

Has any one heard if that cable that is just under the water off of boston is still there?

The canal has one near the rail road bridge and it sure is a B**** when 6 oz jigs are a couple bucks a piece

I called the Coast Guard and asked if it was going to be there this year and they said as far as they know it was not...  :D :D :D
