yep but the subject was[ fall walleye shore fishing ]
i was driving by one of our favorite ponds to ice fish and to also shore fish for perch and walleye this weekend and found tons of dead fish. There was everything from bluegill to crappie to waldos to 5 or 6 lbs largemouth ,smallies, bullhead, catfish, carp, silverbass, bowfins, shad, the shoreline was lined with them. What a shame hate to see all those waldos go to waste
A friendly suggestion to be careful how ya make posts on a forum as widely viewed as this one. Read what ya wrote and think about what is in season when ya posted. Thats all, I hate to see static started from an unintentional post is all. BTW...welcome aboard...bunch of good people here
he may be referring to that cranberry lake die off last week
no it was the fishing for walleye this weekend.
I wonder what poached walleye taste like? --KP
Poaching is particularly suitable for delicate food, such as eggs, poultry, fish and fruit, which might easily fall apart or dry out. For this reason, it is important to keep the heat low and to keep the poaching time to a bare minimum, which will also preserve the flavor of the food WHICH IS WHY I PREFER TO DEEP FRY
You just plagarized that from the internet Killer ....No way would you think of that all by yourself!!! OH, That's what I meant by POACHED!!! Good comeback!! --KP
yep i was talking about cranberry pond tons of dead fish. i do ice fish there sometimes and also fish from the shore, but i do not fish or target anything that is out of season. i see where some people might take what i posted the wrong way.
