sorry to hear dd...i have the exact same motor as you. when i saw the pic of your boat i thought that people will be coming over to say hey to me when they thought it was you. our boats are similar as well.  my motor is skipping a beat right now...maybe ethanol  so i will change the water seperator filter again but it sputters a little and then will run fine the rest of the day? darn motors...

i will see if i am kicked outta here permantly since my last post was taken out?  feeling like a lurker but my fishing experience on the little o has not been good the last few outings.   tight lines to ya
There is a long story behind it , but the short of it is that is the 2nd motor that has wadded up on me in the last 2 boat rides  :'(

I have never used waders on Oneida ; I have always fished from shore or docks. I recently bought a pair to get out a bit further when necessary. Question...How do you keep your fish as there is nothing on the waders to attach a stringer or rope to.
thanks

Use the shoulder straps...I use a mesh laundry bag instead of a stringer. Some nights the good bite is only minutes long- it's a lot quicker to just toss them in the bag instead of fooling around with the stringer.

I tie a rope to a steel mesh fish basket that has the float for a top. Tie the rope around my waist and good to go.

Thanks for the answers !. Does everyone prefer the dusk period as opposed to the later hours. I have a friend that does not even go out until 10 pm and fishes til about 3 or 4 am. Others say the 1st hr of darkness is the best.
Opinions ?

Thanks
