Is it possible for an Oneida newbie to get some general help for perch fishing, looking at going on Monday with my two boys, where to launch, general area to fish - weedbed edges, deep water

You will have to see the wizard of perch for that kind of info. ;) where is that Cubby when ya need him ???

I'm not familiar with the deep mud flats , so I fish the weed edges on the west end . If you launch at oneida shores and fish the 10 to 13 foot flats I'd bet you and the boys could find a few   ;) Best of luck   8)

After seeing those perch pics i'm going kinda kooky, I need to get out there and get some perch, my god they are on. I've got to get a little boat for the fall perching by next year, the best fishing is in April and November i'm thinking.
