Good luck Wildman!!

I'm stuck in Ontario on tasking with the military.

No way to really fish, but on a weekend a co-worker Lent me a rod and we fished the Ottawa River.

Caught a new species - a small mouth bass, around the 3&1/2 pound mark.

I love catching a new species.

Hope you are making out better than I am!!

Good fishin'!

Must only be three fishermen in Alberta. I was up in Valleyview last week and fished Sturgeon lake a few times with my cousin.

We had good luck every outing mostly Walleye but a few pike as well. We were jig and leech fishing for the most part out of a boat, but I caught a few casting a storm wild eyed perch minnow off the dock. Back in Saskatchewan now waiting for the rain to stop so we can get the boat out.
