Reuben do you know where i can look up the "formula"s??  My buddy caught a really nice tiger muskie the other day and we didn't have a scale.  It was a really fat 35 incher.

Yeah, thanks for the info.  I think the fish was a lot heavier (15-20 lbs.-time to buy a scale, Ha Ha)...8 in from back to belly, really thick and a huge head.  Northerns are usually thin and skinny (in the finger lakes) when they get over 30 in.s.  Oh well, tight lines!!

That formula goes without the girth so I can't believe it to be extremely accurate thats for sure...
