I found a new pickle recipe that I'm going to try next year. Whiskey Pickles! It's pretty much the same recipe as for dill pickles but with the addition of 2 oz. of whiskey or bourbon per pint jar before packing the cukes.I'm still on the fence whether it's a waste of good liquor or not, but I won't know until I give it a try.
