New Job
« on: Dec 17, 2017, 01:28 PM »
Posted this on FB and thought a few of you guys over here might be interested.

Well, yesterday (Friday) was my last day at the old job. April would have been 15 yrs there. I start the new one Monday. Going to do the same thing........for slightly more money and one week more vacation. But more importantly, I can work from home and of course out at the lake in the summer. Most of my job involves travel anyway. The last one required more of me being in the office to run the day to day company issues along with my engineering and sales duties. The new one will be all engineering and sales. Looking forward to it.

Thanks guys.
Had fun today on my first day
Got a new laptop ordered.
Comes Friday.
Pretty mean machine.
It will be fun setting it up.
But I'll have to wait until after the first of the year when I get back to work from vacation.
Donna and I leave Friday morning for Myrtle Beach.
I'm taking two SW poles.
Gonna do some pier fishing and maybe hit a head boat if the weather allows.

I am retired. Have been for 6 1/2 yrs. With that being said," The only trouble with being retired is you never get a day off". Enjoy your new job .
