Life’s a beach

With an angry ocean. We hit the beach for some surf fishing. If it’s blowing we should be going used to say. I forgot Mack’s for chunk rod. So had to float some worms. The action was slow at first. Then my 15’ pole got bent. 15’ I don’t take out if spike just reel down on fish. She took some drag so I knew was keeper. Fat 35” fish. Surf and tide was up. Getting fish in between waves and landed was an event. Fish fought hard in wash and I rewarded it with a pardon. CPR.

Nice fish. Angry oceans bring in the big ones.
