Grand Manan Island

Hey guys, Im from New York and have a friend traveling to the Island on the week of 4th of July.  He really wants to go fishing while there.  I can only seem to Whale watching charters and No actual fishing ones.  Is there anything worth fishing for from shore? or can somebody get me some info on a fishing charter.

Call Capt. Andy Patterson of Cutler, Maine at  259-4484. Andy does regular boat trips to Machias Seal Island, near Grand Manan Island. Andy does not do fishing trips, but ask if he knows anyone from Grand Manan who does.

All of Maine is in area code 207. If Andy gives you a Canadian number for someone on Grand Manan, also have him give you the New Brunswick area code.
