I have ninja instapot/pressure cooker it's awesome very foolproof and so fast! I think you'll love it I make alot of rice in it , I use broth instead of water and it's really infused in rice ,ribs are great in it finished In broiler or grill and tender chicken gizzards and hearts in 20 mins!!! Used to take all day in crockpot, I still use crockpot when working and set up before work in morning but can't beat Ninja for fast good meal!

I do mine with onions celery garlic chicken broth and hot pepper flakes finish with heavy cream and put over egg noodles

Friday Night Fish Fry!! Looks great!
We had chicken Spiedies. With corn on the cob. I made mine into a Buffalo chicken wrap. Added some chunky blue cheese and Franks. Delicious.

Broiled walleye caught in Erie this morning butter, lemon peppered and melted fresh shaved Parm/Romano mix with cauliflower and broccoli was very good !

Reheated fries in the air frier
Leftover smoked beans
And some frozen mixed veggies

Nice meal at the lake.

Left over wings, ribs and cole slaw topped off with a piece of my Son’s absolutely awesome cheesecake with cherry sauce and a good measure of bourbon.

Found a good Chinese take out in Penn Yan. Fried dumplings, egg rolls, sesame chicken and pork fried rice.
