What’s left of a quick chicken and potato skillet. Broke out the cast iron, wishing I was at camp

Made up a huge omelette tonight and Donna and I split it.
Chopped up some Canadian bacon in it along with a large onion.  Used up 1/2 bag of fresh spinach we had in the fridge and of course added some cheese.
One slice of a seedy nutty grain bread toast each and it was a nice change for dindin.

Pork chop and stuffing casserole with steamed spinach. Sure wasn’t the spinach we grow though. But, it was green.

Danged delicious.

I have a tough time getting my wife for Chinese. I love it. For some strange reason I can't stop myself from going "meow" when she takes a bite. However I am craving Chinese food. I'll try to be quiet. ::)

That’s funny!!

I’m bored so its a big pot of sauce on the stove and bread rising  to go with. I’ve got some home made Agnolotti In the freezer. Sauce smells sooooo good.
