So….which side or the aluminum foil goes up and which side goes down? Question of the century!
Happy new year my favorite foodies!I have a question I thought you folks may be able to help with. I had leftover noodles and cheese from NYE lasagna so I made a second one, uncooked. I currently have it in the freezer above the fridge uncovered. Now that it’s frozen, I want seal it and transfer it to the chest freezer. What’s the best way to seal it to avoid freezer burn? I don’t have Foodsaver bags big enough. So I was thinking best bet would be to cut the sides of the bag roll I have and reseal several together to make a big bag, then air seal it.Any other suggestions? The lasagna pan is 5” or 6” tall.
