Sandusky river

I know most ppl traveled to maumee river  by toledo to fish the walleye run... but the sandusky was just as good with less crowd in freemont.

Well, they just shut down the sandusky river in freemont. Im sure maumee river isnt far behind as it had far more pressure, tourist and local.

break out the boat and ear muffs, and never look at the shore.  lol make them come out in a boat and hassle ya ;D

Technically. U can fish with boat just fine. The city has nuts down parking at the local parks and such. The gro ery store was a good spot to park too, but the influx has caused problems, so they started towing.

The citybwas waiting for the dnr to shut down the fishing. But the dnr hasnt, so.. they have begun to nuts down common access points that are owned by the town. There are loop holes. Gotta find them.

Was just trying to give a heads up for those looking to go fish soon. Its not going to be as easy as years prior.
