It doesn’t take long for the water level to drop does it? Same thing out here in the capital district

No it doesn’t. But they’re lowering it way more  than they have the last 5 or 6 years. Downstream from the Macedon lock it’s only down a couple feet. After the Palmyra lock it stays full year round.

Guess I’m moving down stream. I’ve had some really good ice fishing in that stretch. But, there’s limited shore fishing opportunities.

There’s always “The Little Wood Shop”. And.....Christmas is coming.

Canal is coming back up a bit. They closed the lock gates in Macedon. Up A couple feet in the last few days. I’d like to see it come up another 3 feet or so before ice.

Canal came up another foot or more today. I’ll be fishing tomorrow.
