I haven't been out in the boat for awhile so I hit it today till mid day. only one other boat there. the bite was slow to start then took off about 10. seemed to be more runts than last trip, but at least there were hoards of them. there were fish on every cover object I jigged. guessing I caught maybe 50, the biggest was just shy of 14. I only kept a dozen 12s for lunch tomorrow. the water was 48* so I down sized a smidge. I put on a bobby garland baby shad and juiced it with yum. most bites came in 8-12fow and half way down. jigging style didn't seem to matter. up down sideways all got hammered. shad were all over this side of the lake. the ones I cleaned were fat.
