Conn. River Bass and Walleye
« on: Jun 21, 2021, 04:31 PM »
On the river this past Sunday. Fishing out of Bartons Cove. Up to the Northfield section of the river. My fishing partner and I. With a few fish .
Fishing a whopper plopper  and a tiny child rig  also just a regular wacky rig worm .

The Walleye was a catch of his from the previous weekend.

I fish for those "stupid fish" BASS. Largemouth Smallmouth Stripers, and even Rock bass.

nice work. I have been dabbling with that section of the river above and below turners looking for a pin walleye. such a cool and unique fishery. the smallmouth fishing there is unreal once you figure them out.

Very nice fish!

I've never caught a walleye.

Definitely need to put catching one on my bucket list.
