Smokey Day Out There

The NW winds have brought smoke from the wildfires in Canada to our area. Very hazy and you can smell it in the air. My new car is covered with dust too.

My son s the Assistant Superintendent at Sodus Bay Heights CC. He sent me this pic this morning.

If you have allergies to the pollen and dust (like me) you really notice it. They must be some huge fires. Back in the mid 80's I went up on a caribou hunt and it is quite amazing where you can see the old burns from a plane.

Broke out a mask for mowing in the morning. It’ll be heavy in the still morning air.

It's bad out here in East Aurora. You can see and smell clouds of smoke blowing around.
